Complete our rental application form. Per Georgia law, an application fee may be required and is non-refundable. All applicants 18 and older residing in the home must submit a separate application.Step 3 — Application Review:
We review all applications fairly and in accordance with Georgia's Fair Housing Laws. Our screening process includes a credit check, background check, rental history, and income verification. We aim to respond to all applications within 3 to 5 business days.Step 4 — Approval & Lease Agreement: Approved applicants will receive a written lease agreement outlining all terms in full — including rent amount, due date, late fees, maintenance responsibilities, and move-in requirements. Georgia law requires all lease terms to be clearly disclosed before signing.Step 5 — Security Deposit & Move-In: A security deposit is required prior to receiving your keys. In accordance with Georgia law, your deposit will be held in a separate account and returned within 30 days of move-out, provided the terms of your lease are met.Step 6 — Welcome Home!
